Complaints Procedure

The Lighting Superstore are committed to providing the best possible service, to each and every one of its customers. We are constantly looking at ways to improve our service, whether it's a systems upgrade or a procedural change, we always aim to go above and beyond.

However, we fully appreciate that there will be times where a customer feels disappointed or let down by us or one of our service providers and we will always take the opportunity to rectify this situation where possible.

Maybe you've received a product that you're not happy with, or you're disappointed with a decision regarding a product return. But no matter what the reason, we want to know about it.

We aim to make the process of making a complaint as simple as possible, so the first step is simply to fill out the form below, with as much information as you can, for example if your complaint is regarding an order or a return, then please provide your order number. Once submitted, the details are sent straight up to director level and will be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible.
